Luxurious Suites

I had the pleasure of staying in a Master Swim out Suite, and it was simply AMAZING! The room was incredibly spacious, featuring double rain shower heads, a jacuzzi, and a beautiful patio with easy access to the pool. It was located just where I wanted, near the children's pool, making it perfect for my family. The amenities were great, making our stay incredibly comfortable.

Dining at the Paradisus was a treat! The food was diverse and good, especially at the Vento and Mole restaurants. Each meal was crafted with fresh ingredients and presented beautifully. Really good Spa Experience

The spa at Paradisus was amazing! My partner and I enjoyed the couples massage, which was the best we've ever had. The skilled therapists truly knew how to make us relax and rejuvenate. Great for Families

Our family had such a wonderful time! The kids enjoyed the aqua zone with slides that kept them entertained for hours. Our stay at this hotel was filled with memorable moments, especially thanks to the fantastic service and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our family's needs, making our experience truly special. While the food was generally good, it could have offered more variety for guests staying longer. The location, although convenient in some respects, felt a bit isolated and limited in nearby attractions, which was a downside.

Our family vacation at Paradisus La Esmeralda was absolutely delightful! The spacious master suite was perfect for us, and the staff made our experience unforgettable. I had a wonderful time during my stay, especially enjoying the tequila bar, Blue Agave, where the bartenders Jobni and Jose crafted amazing personalized cocktails. The family concierge service was heartfelt, and my kids had a great time with the activities provided. However, my experience with the room I received was disappointing, especially regarding safety concerns for my baby due to an unsafe balcony. While the resort had several positives, there are areas that need significant improvement.
