Fantastic Kids Club

I was thoroughly impressed by the kids club at the Paradisus Playa Del Carmen. The caretakers were incredibly attentive and engaged with the children. My toddler enjoyed their time so much that we had to pull him out every day to spend time at the pool or beach. They also organized fun activities that kept him entertained, giving us some well-deserved downtime. It was a real highlight of our stay that made our vacation enjoyable as a family.

Excellent Restaurant Choices

Dining at Paradisus Playa Del Carmen was an absolute delight! With various restaurants to choose from, our family had an amazing time exploring the menus. The standout experience was at Mole, where the flavors were simply out of this world. Each meal was accompanied by attentive service, which made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. We even went back to Mole three times during our stay because we loved it so much!

Spacious Swim-Up Suite

We booked a swim-up suite, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious and well-stocked with amenities. I loved having easy access to the pool right outside our door. The swim-up aspect provided an easy way for my kids to have fun while we relaxed. The mini-bar was regularly replenished with drinks and snacks, which added to our comfort and convenience during our stay.

Relaxing Spa Experience

My visit to the spa at Paradisus was very nice. The treatments were luxurious, and the ambiance was serene and calming. I opted for a massage that melted away all my stress. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and I felt rejuvenated afterwards. Our stay at this hotel was filled with memorable moments, especially thanks to the fantastic service and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our family's needs, making our experience truly special. While the food was generally good, it could have offered more variety for guests staying longer. The location, although convenient in some respects, felt a bit isolated and limited in nearby attractions, which was a downside.

Our family vacation at Paradisus La Esmeralda was absolutely delightful! The spacious master suite was perfect for us, and the staff made our experience unforgettable. The family concierge service was heartfelt, and my kids had a great time with the activities provided. However, my experience with the room I received was disappointing, especially regarding safety concerns for my baby due to an unsafe balcony. While the resort had several positives, there are areas that need significant improvement.
